We understand that the time we have reserved for you is as valuable to you as it is to us. That is why we ask that you notify us a minimum of two business days in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. This allows us to provide services for our patients efficiently and effectively.
We reserve the right to charge for scheduled appointments, including intravenous appointments, that are not kept or are cancelled with less than two business days notice.
