Anouk traite ses patients en anglais et français. She is a naturopathic doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005. She received specialized training as part of the Naturopathic Sports Medicine Group, and through her work with HIV-positive patients at the Sherbourne centre and First Nations peoples at the Anishnawbe centre in downtown Toronto, and has been trained in intravenous therapy and mesotherapy for pain management and cosmetic medicine. She is also a homeopathic doctor and has taught classical homeopathy. In her practice, Anouk focuses on European Physiological Regulating Medicine as well as therapeutic lifestyle change. Her work is based on the impact of nutrition on healthy cellular function, as well as the scientific use of nutrients and botanicals to restore long-term health.
After spending most of her life as a city girl, Anouk now lives in the country with numerous rescued dogs and cats. She and her husband are starting an organic farm to provide friends, family and the community with healthy food, including humanely raised, grass-fed, hormone- and antibiotic-free meat.
