Introduction to Nordic Walking
Join us for a 6-week session of Nordic Walking, one of the best ways to stay fit and enjoy the outdoors. The sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 10-11am starting April 14th, 2012. This course is designed as an introduction to Nordic Walking but is accessible to all levels. The group will meeting at the Seekers Centre and all equipment will be provided.
There will be a free trial class held on March 31st at 10am, leaving from the Seekers Centre. Come and try this wonderful sport!
