A few words from Dr. Richard Nahas to highlight the end of Celiac Awareness Month

This is a very interesting article that highlights a lot of issues that relate to the science, health and social impact of gluten. Our experience has been that about 1 in 3 of our patients, who have chronic pain and brain disorders, report major improvements in symptoms on a gluten-free diet. It takes a full three months, and it has to be strictly gluten-free. A single cracker can trigger inflammation that lasts for weeks. But for those of us who have non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), a gluten-free diet can be life-changing. It can cost more, but it doesn’t have to.  Safe, effective healing for free is something worth trying.

These new findings are definitely worth sharing. Have a read here
