Vibrations, or waves, are carriers of energy and information. This is the basis of the electronics, telecommunications, computer and information age. It also appears to be the language of the nervous system. We believe that vibrational medicine will create a paradigm shift in healthcare.

Dr Richard Nahas is creating a bold, comprehensive theory of vibrational medicine that explains many of the phenomena that are observed in health and disease. The Seekers Method is a treatment system that is based on the elements of this theory. Its primary objective is to identify and treat disturbances in the nervous system. These appear to play a key role in the generation and maintenance of chronic pain and other disorders of the nervous system. They also affect tissues and organs both nearby and in remote areas of the body, contributing to a wide range of diseases and symptoms. Future workshops will offer in-depth instruction leading to certification in the Seekers Method.

A former ER physician, Dr Nahas has been studying, teaching and practicing integrative medicine for a decade. Bio here. An initial skeptic of most of what might be called ‘energy medicine’, after years of daily practice he developed the ability to feel energy, and uses it as an adjunct to evidence-based medical treatment. His current practice is focused on the Polytrauma Clinical Triad, a syndrome of chronic pain, mental illness and post-concussion syndrome.   Outcomes data is being collected and analyzed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Seekers Method.

During this unique 7-day intensive workshop, you will combine intensive didactic teaching, a daily self-care practice, hands-on treatment of several partners and real patients who will be expect – and receive – real results. You will leave with an understanding of vibrational medicine that we believe to be among the most complete and relevant curricula of its kind available anywhere in the world.

Eligible applicants are physiotherapists with a current license to practice in their regulatory jurisdiction. Previous knowledge, experience or innate ability are an asset, but are not required. We want those with a willingness to work hard, to commit to making decisions during treatment, to expect and allow oneself to be wrong sometimes. Ideal candidates will have an interest in being part of a movement and leading others.

You will learn

  • basic principles of energy – light, sound and electrical waves, frequency patterns
  • energy in nature and science
  • anatomy – electromagnetism in tissues, meridians and fascia, respiratory oscillations, autonomic nervous system and yin/yang theory, special senses and EMF pattern recognition, thoughts and EMF
  • pathophysiology – inflammation and the nervous system, role of injuries and trauma, primary lesion and secondary effects, common causes and referral patterns
  • stress testing – overview of bioenergetic testing – theory, tools, role of intention, specific techniques
  • principles of treatment – breath, torque and the two-hand manual release, balance, flow and TCM, principles of homeopathy, thoughts and the role of mindfulness, noise cancellation and EMF patterns, vials, the use of medical devices
